Los Christianos - Tenerife

Los Cristianos is situated 10 miles west of the southern airport. This is without a doubt one of the most popular resorts of the Canary Islands.

Los Cristianos tends to attract the more mature holidaymaker in comparison to Playa de las Americas and has managed to keep its original atmosphere as a quaint fishing village. What you will find is all year round sunshine and plenty of pubs, clubs, shops, and restaurants to suite every taste.

The town is 10-15 minutes walk from Royal Palm, or a couple of minutes by taxi (a taxi to the centre cost approx 3 euros).

There you will find the busy beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants, and the harbour.

There are ferries to neighbouring Canary Islands, boat trips to see the whales and dolphins, fishing trips, and much more.The picturesque Island of Gomera is clearly visible and well worth a visit.

The aquatic park is situated just outside Los Cristianos and is a focal point for sun seekers and water babies. The park boasts a Dolphin show, Dolphin lake, children's area and the most amazing assortment of water rides and slides, pools, sunbed areas, restaurants, shops and snack bars. A free shuttle bus service leaves Los Christianos every day. Ask at reception for details.
