Licensed 'on site' Management Company

Oasis Management Services is the only official on site letting agent for Royal Palm. On your arrival you will normally be greeted by the proprietors of Oasis Management, Neil Bryant and Barbara Brookes, be handed your keys and escorted to your apartment (if you are arriving out of office hours we will make alternative arrangements for collection of keys). Your apartment will have been carefully prepared and cleaned prior to your arrival, with all necessary linen and towels provided and changed according to the length of your visit.

Please note that by Spanish law you will be required to let us have your passport details so that we can register your stay on the island. We will take care of this for you in the office.

Oasis Management Services are the on-site company managing the apartments on behalf of the individual owners and responsible for registering each property with the Tenerife Tourist Board.

The office is warm and welcoming and open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Out of office hours Neil and Barbara are available for emergencies as they live on Royal Palm.

There is plenty to do in Tenerife so to make life a little easier call into the office for some friendly advice, talk about the weather, or just for a chat and a coffee.

The Island hosts many golf courses and we have found that many visitors prefer not to haul their own clubs with them on holiday so we have arranged golf club hire at a sensible rate.

Should you prefer a quiet evening in your apartment we have a selection of DVD's available.

DVD players (standard in Deluxe apartments) are also available for hire; please contact us for further information.

We can also arrange car hire for you through the office if you choose.
